Mr. Chopped Cheese is a New York City-based food vending business specializing in a unique variety of gourmet chopped cheese sandwiches. 

Mr. Chopped Cheese is co-owned, founded, and operated by brothers Omar Ibn Yusef and Karim Lovelace. Our vision is to create the premier mobile dining experience and to provide opportunities to other highly motivated entrepreneurs seeking to participate in the growth and expansion of the company.  

Mr. Chopped Cheese sandwiches are organic, halal, and delicious. Our hamburger patties are homemade using only fresh certified-halal ground beef and never processed frozen patties. Our signature selections include the customer-favorite shrimp chopped cheese, bbq chicken chopped cheese, vegan chopped cheese, and mouth-watering beef chopped cheese sandwiches. All sandwiches are served on warm coco bread, vegetable wrap, or kaiser roll. 

Mr. Chopped Cheese donates a portion of all proceeds to support local cancer fighters and their families in the fight against cancer.
